Hi. I am an Associate Professor in Economics at the University of East Anglia (UEA). I am an economist interested in the role of incentives and institutions in shaping individual and public decision-making and knowledge production. As such, I am primarily interested in topics within Political Economy, Institutional Economics, Economics of Science, and Economic Methodology.
My current work explores the roots, drivers, and outcomes of populism and radicalization; the well-being implications of AI adoption; the implications and significance of applied economics; and how transparency and networks impact scientific production.
