Hi. I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Economics at the University of East Anglia (UEA). I am an economist who is interested in the role played by incentives and institutions in shaping individual and public decision-making and knowledge production. As such, I am primarily interested in topics within Political Economy, Behavioral Economics, and the Economics of Science.
My current work explores the roots, drivers, and outcomes of populism and radicalization; the link between fairness and political outcomes and well-being; the economic significance of applied work in economics; and how transparency and networks impact scientific production.
